TB without bench/ohp/squat

Hi here After years of doing other things I came back to reread the TB books. I also bought the Green book and I think it's amazing. I wanted to re-dive into the TB again after my layoff. Conditioning, especially running is an issue right now (didn't run frequently after a hip surgery 18 months ago)...

Re: Endurance sessions, multiple sets

I think there are good answers above. In my opinion you can divide strength training as much as you want. I think many and many guys did this program with great success. But it's definitely not fitting to our needs ins here. Still, great program.

Re: Operator and A+A Snatches

Some time has passed now and I wanted to come back with a report what I have done until now. I started with A+A snatches right after writing in here. I started with the 20kg KB and fixed my technique. Since then I have progressed to sessions with the 32kg. It's another animal to do 100-200 snatches ...

Re: Fighter mass

Just don't program it. Do some sets in the end, add some if it's easy. Don't burn yourself.

Re: Fighter mass

I would just do how it's written and then over the first weeks you can try to add it and then see how it feels. Depends on so many variables like capacity, recovery, ...

Re: Hip Mobility

All of the above and:

Original Strength, Pressing Reset.

I am a LEO as well and OS helps me with my mobility a lot.

Read the newer Pressing Reset book and the Performance book. The one about Tactical Athletes is a little bit minor to the others in my opinion.

Re: Operator and A+A Snatches

All right - I will keep you updated. But I don't do logs online. I will come back with a little review as soon as I know how I will perform and then how it went!
