Been a while since I updated here. Went TDY for a while. Had to abandon Block 19. Pretty isolated location. No barbell. I had access to: C2 rower TRX system Pull-up bar (Actually climbing up a ladder to hang from a ceiling truss. Not ideal but it gets the pull-ups in or else it gets the hose again) ...

Weights feel good, especially day 5. Going really easy on conditioning this block. Probably about 50% of usual volume.
