Today didn't feel great, still decently sore. Lats were the worst and the pull ups were murder to even get that little amount in.

Meat-Eater 2HS w/ 24 Kg. Legs felt like lead after yesterday. Not a full sprint, but tried not to sandbag it.

I spent most of the day today cussing USPS for taking 3 days to get a package from Charlotte to here.. Then I realized it was a Federal Holiday today :lol: Looking forward to getting my order tomorrow! I popped in to third the morale patches and coffee mugs :D
