Hi again Haven't posted in a while but now I've taken on some new goals and I'm unsure how to proceed. Basically the goals are following Squat: 180kg x1 -- Haven't squatted in a while but I doubt I'm far off that. Will test on Wednesday. Prowler sled work +80kg 50ft push and then a 50ft pull back for five rounds. I literally felt my legs turning into noodles.

And worked my way up to bench 85kg for a set. Everything felt fine. It's good news but overall bench strength has decreased. Being in a caloric deficit has finally caught up with bench.

Thank you Barkadion and Maxrip, it's definitely something to think about and try out.

Shoulder feels fine on OHP so I'm going to switch OHP and bench for a while, OHP twice a week and bench once. Next session I'm probably going to do very light technique work on bench.
