Lean, Mean, Desk Jockey Machine

I haven't posted in a while, ooks like the forum has dwindled some. Started doing self guided precision nutrition beginning of this year, which I learned about in TB2 or 3 and it had a prescribed work out routine. Re: Movie/Netflix Recommendation Thread

I forget how much it was but I paid for it once two like two years ago and continue to get online access...

When you hear about what they have to do to achieve that look which I think is the majority of people's goals (I've been guilty of it as well) it is just not possible for the average person. Their jo...

Re: Back to Base (ic)

Friday 1/26 Swim 1050m 30min Didn't get HR sync'd before getting in the water. Indoor pool was full of kids and swim lessons so had to use the outdoor pool with the swim team. You could almost add a sprint into the workout from the locker room to the water. It was 35 degrees and dropping when I got ...

Re: J-Madd's Training Log

Nice (ref: sabbatical). I just finished a sabbatical back toward the end of November. Took me a while to adjust to getting back on a schedule when I went back to work and my workouts suffered accordingly. Seeing yours and others posts on BJJ have me wanting to try it again. I did a very basic stint ...
