Tried to post it here as well but for some reason the forum isn't cooperating - have a read and I'll try and get to any questions on the reddit.

Anyone know what it’s about?
It's going to be the online store for training gear, books etc. Still under construction!

Re: Double endurance sessions?
Yes that's absolutely fine. More E is good for E. Just don't wipe yourself out and sacrifice your long term consistency by overdoing it.

Re: 2 minute rule
Stick to the two minute rule as per Rockeater. Three if you have the time. It's not just about minimizing hypertrophy, it's about maximizing strength. Hypertrophy is more about higher overall volume, higher rep count, and nutrition. Operator with 4-5 sets + appropriate nutrition can trigger a LOT of...

Re: Member Introductions Thread
Hi All, Tony here, 39 years old. I got into Crossfit in my late 20's and was competitive until 33 years old doing well at regionals but falling short in qualifying for the games. I got a little disillusioned with the cult mentality at my box and moved from Crossfit into powerlifting and got myself ...

Re: What are ways to incorporate assistance work besides SE?
That's entirely up to you. Some use a TM, others RM.jzt wrote: I have a second question if you don't mind: are all the % used based on a TM or a 1RM estimate? For the blocks I've ran I based my % of my 1RM and it worked fine, but I wonder if I have been wrong for the past 12 weeks...

Re: What are ways to incorporate assistance work besides SE?
Zulu, Zulu I/A, and Zulu/Minimalist were all designed to leave room for optional accessory work. Have a look at the examples in TB1, particularly 'DT' and 'Amir'. When it comes to load/reps/sets for the accessory work you can go with a more classic BB/hypertrophy approach, something like; Week 1: 4 ...

Re: General health/fitness program design
Hello, A bit of an off question considering the richness of the TB system, but if you’d had someone ask you for a “do this” program for general health/fitness/mobility with no specific goals other than I want to be fit and healthy, what would you recommend? Anything goes, tools, modalities, frequen...

Re: conditioning template within SE block?
I started a 3 week Alpha SE block yesterday to go in between my Op blocks and one thing I'm curious about is if you're supposed to continue your conditioning template for this 3 weeks or is an SE block meant to be done mostly by itself? Before starting, I reread the SE sections and searched here, a...
