Re: space_corps_now astronaut training
In a different thread, can't find it at the moment- I asked about adding conditioning after MAX STRENGTH sessions and essentially didn't get any replies. Have you found this beneficial? I see your goals are more Endurance based, but do you think your strength is progressing as much as it would be if...

Re: Sandbag Training
I use them OFTEN. Almost daily. on MS days, I'll use them as a finisher for carries. I enjoy odd object training a lot. I'll carry them across the yard or do UP AND OVERs over the barbell on squat rack in the garage. Simulating lifting someone/something. In the past I have done TOO much during my TB...

Re: Accessory Work for wrestling
Hello guys, So currently I am running the operator template, bench/squat/deadlift cluster 3x a week. The the other three days I am running the base building conditioning work, so right now it is just 3 endurance sessions, with the mandatory 1 day off per week. I wrestle 2x/week at the moment and am...

Re: Maybe I Should Just Do Yoga
I discovered the Original Strength Resets a while back and it did wonders for me. I use them as warmups, cooldowns or just to keep moving between sets of weights. YMMV of course but no harm giving it a shot - u can get the exercises off youtube. I use a lot of the OS resets as part of my warm-up. C...

Re: Better Milk?
Im with TYR0311, I dont have access to any good dairy farms though. Paul Chek, has some good points on pasteurization though. It kills ALL the enzymes and bacteria, including the good ones. Essentially destroying all the living aspects in the milk- which is likely why most folks have issues with it....

Re: Conditioning on Maximum Strength Days
Have a question to present here, it's somewhat applicable. It's not a huge deal though, so it does not warrant its own thread Metabolic signaling- 1 rep max deadlift sends a different signal to the body than a 30min LSS run, clearly. NOW- say you're going for a Green Protocol block, but want to keep...

Re: New to TB. Love the concept - Advice needed
The answer is Both TB books, as they go hand in hand. While they have different subjects, the two are intertwined and reading just one of them won't paint the whole picture. I refer back to mine WEEKLY. I like them so much, that when I loaned them out- (and forgot who borrowed them) I just bought an...

Any one have tips on sardines/mackerel etc....
it's easy to get salmon in- I've heard of tim ferris eating canned sardines for breakfast. Any better way than just eating a can of sardines? Or is it just a matter of "bite the bullet"

Re: Alottadav's Goin GREEN
45 min aerobic swim. Feels great. Lots of form work. Combat side stroke, freestyle, finning, and breast stroke. I've decided to run OP Black, with an Extra E session for 6 weeks, and then go from there. I'm really enjoying the HIC work. My HIC will likely consist of BOO/ Meat Eaters/ Indoor Power In...
