Isn't there the risk of salmonella? There also seems to be a report floating around that salmonella can permanently damage your DNA. I've hear of people in Asia who'd crack a fresh raw egg into hot steaming rice and that's a small snack. Did not know this, thanks for the info. I always assumed salm...

I'm thinking of drinking my eggs raw...not because I think it's more manly or anything like that, more for convenience and speed. Plus I've heard some of the good stuff gets destroyed when cooked. I could be wrong, but the way I understand it is that SE is more of a workout for the muscles rather than cardio. Instead of training the muscles for maximum load like with Op template, you train them for repeated efforts/muscle endurance. Wouldn't the conditioning aspect of it just be a side effec...

Since SE technically falls under "E" in the vault, can you do SE circuits on an E day during Black Protocol (professional or standard)? Like this; D1 Op D2 HIC D3 Op D4 HIC D5 Op D6 SE Circuits D7 OFF Why not? Wouldn't it be similar to a Fun-run? My SE circuits feel very much like a cardi...

Since SE technically falls under "E" in the vault, can you do SE circuits on an E day during Black Protocol (professional or standard)? Like this; D1 Op D2 HIC D3 Op D4 HIC D5 Op D6 SE Circuits D7 OFF Why not? Wouldn't it be similar to a Fun-run? My SE circuits feel very much like a cardio...

Do you use any form of mediation or just mind tricks to help yourself with the sleep? I am on constant lack of sleep due my little twin babies. So, I am curious if there is a way to improve a quality of a sleep (at least) if I can't get enough hours.. Thanks! Try 2-3 grams of glycine an hour or two...

I may get home at 7am sleep till 11am and then go to BJJ. I will then come home and eat and have another block of sleep. Then a meal followed by work. You could do the same and work out a short time with the other half to allow you to each get a bit of time to catch up on the missed sleep throughou...
