I really like Fobbit Intervals and Meat-Eater ii. As for GC sessions I try to use them once a week,usually I used GC 2 with horizontal rows instead of pullups. Very interesting. This validates my choice of protein shake, post-workout: 2 scoops of whey protein+ I prefer ON gold strawberry, 2 scoops in water, with 5 g creatine monohydrate, and an apple or peach or a handful of fresh berries or something on the side. Meat Eater 2 is my favorite so far. I do Airbaike indoor intervals as well and I hate it
