Re: New PRs running OP I/A!!!

Sorry for the long post! TLDR at bottom. For the past 6 months I have been running OP I/A with black protocol. My training and diet have not been perfect the past 6 months but Ive been consistent. I'm working full time as a firefighter 24/48 and going to school full time and putting in 80-100 hours...

Re: Improved TB Spreadsheet

Thanks for the spreadsheet, I use it (Yoda's version) and love it. I find the improvements useful as well, especially the option of using a training max. For some reason, however, the weights that carry over to the templates (Zulu in my case) aren't the rounded ones. For instance, on the entry tab,...

Re: Farmers Walks in Base Building?

I'm new to TB and thus obviously have very little experience to share. I have used farmer's walks as finishers for some time, though, and since I love them I'm also trying to fit them into my TB training. In my case I 'm trying to put them in a HIC. I aim for walking intervals of 60-70 seconds. The ...

Re: Choosing a martial art.

I've been doing FMA (Filippino Martial Arts) for the last six (-ish) years. I kind of drifted into my club and the art after having quit martial arts a couple of years earlier (did Muay Thai, Krav Maga and some MMA before) . I stayed and still stay partly because of the social dimension, we have a g...

Re: Plank & Shank

You've definitely got a point about the fatigue and recovery. I've hurt my back twice while deadlifting, both were times I should have stayed out of the gym entirely or at least stayed away from the heavy weights due to lack of recovery. That's something I still need to work on, I find it hard to ta...
