Re: How do chose your E-Sessions
You can always do BYF. 1 round takes 12 min and it is one of the best simple drills that can get you well conditioned with no jokes. BYF sounds pretty hardcore. I will have to try it. I can also do meat eater II at home. But I don't have any aerobic conditioning tools at home, thats why I was talki...

Re: LSS modalities
I have done the same on the past. 15-20min on AD after MS at the end of my last block of 1st OWT last year. AD was originally designed as recovery and PT tool. I find it extremely helpful for killing DOMS and taking care of prehab work. Years ago I did 15-30min power walks after lifting session tha...

Re: LSS modalities
Don't want to start a new thread- but has anyone experimented with adding some LSS after MS? I'm talking a 20-30 cool down spin on the air dyne in the garage. (to not add extra stress on body from pounding pavement after lifts, and the extra blood flow COULD help aid recovery?) In my bro theory it s...

Re: Training for Swat selection + progessing in MMA
Only thing I have to add- is I've successfully used TB to make it onto my state's SWAT team. I started with BB, switched to Black PRO for a while, then went back to BB about 6 months out to prime the aerobic system, and the last few months before the selection I turned it more into sport specific t...

Re: Prowler Sled workouts
I've got a Rogue Slice sled, thats great for pushing around the neighborhood. I generally just make up the workouts as I go though- curious if any of y'all have set interval workouts or loading that you repeat? The sled itself weighs 70# and I generally load it with another 90-115# and do sprint rep...

Re: Meditation for police officer development
What's your personal experience with this? How is it affecting your day to day?.....cheers I don't have the software/plug in for phone- I've primarily just had a few hours of coursework on the subject through my agency. Seen enough tests etc and personal exercises to be a big believer in it. Bigges...

Re: Swimming and Underwater breath work
Hi All, Does anyone have any good experience in relation to improving swim conditioning and the ability to swim under water for extended periods on a single breath? I need to build up to the following: 1km swim in under 24 min 25m underwater swim, but need to come up comfortable and no coughing or ...

Re: Pull up progression for the weak one?
resuls I ran it during my base build. I paired it with 3x Simple and Sinister sessions, 3x LSS runs and some work PT each week. I used to do it following with S&S workout or standalone at a later time.I tried pullups 5 x a week as the program was written, but started to really struggle in the l...
