Re: Zulu I/A: lost article
I will still do both lifting and conditioning in the same day. Just not in the same session. I try to keep six hours between sessions on 2x/days. With strength always first

Re: Zulu I/A: lost article
I have been reading TB Reddit lately and I found very interesting post about Zulu I/A similar to OP I/A-3. The post has link to the article that seems to be missing (lost) from the TB site. But post has the whole article (looks like it). I am just curious if it is still legit. Here is the link to r...

Re: Having trouble doing Back Squats
I'd say that you do need to learn your technique for compound lifts first. There are good resources such as online videos and books. But.. I would really try to find good lifting coach and I would get some 1-1 teaching lifting sessions. That would be the best investment in one's lifetime. Good base...

Re: The joys (and pain) of foam rolling
Hey, guys. I wanted to check back in with this because a few days ago, I posted asking about lifting shoes and whether it would help knee pain. See the thread here. http://tacticalbarbell.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=946. I'm still interested in a pair of lifting shoes, but many of the respons...

Re: Weightlifting shoes?
Hey guys. Quick question. I'm typically a minimalist (and cheap), but I'm considering getting a pair of weightlifting shoes. As I get older, my knees bother me a bit after my squat sessions - not always, but sometimes. And I have observed that sometimes I am coming up on the front part of my foot i...

Re: Cris Kresser JRE
Cris Kresser joined Joe again recently for an extremely informative podcast on nutrition. He’s promoting his new book “unconventional medicine” https://youtu.be/bYOIhmZ0Osg If you haven't yet I highly recommend listening to all the JREs with Rhonda Patrick. Next level shit, but extremely informativ...
