Re: Fewer people posting?
You can only keep a product or system a source of conversation for so long. I feel like KB could grow the brand if he really wanted to, but since he's operating under a pseudonym I'll just assume he's got more important things going on. Even though I'm not running it anymore I absolutely love TB. H...

Re: Fewer people posting?
A big factor is likely that nobody involved with producing TB content does fitness as his "day job." Agreed. There aren’t many “programs” out there that have the flexibility that TB has. I’ve tried to follow strict strength and conditioning programs where the stress of possibly missing a ...

Re: Fewer people posting?
Less members on this that others I’ve floated around on. For example strongfirst seems to have a wide variety of members and a lot more sub sections to post, there’s a lot of knowledgeable members on that one, but also some bs topics as well. I’ve gotten the best help and advice on this forum than a...

https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/7b99wi/tactical_barbell_progress/ His results are impressive after just 6 weeks on Op. No surprise to most of us here, but what's interesting to me is his deadlift set-up. He does them 3 x week, 1 work set per session. Personally I can't handle that kind of...

Re: TBer reaches 1000lb club with Operator..
. . . . I stopped benching due to a shoulder injury . . . . What did you replace the bench with? As far as a barbell movement, I didn’t replace it with another type of press. I feel that I get all the shoulder work out of S&S and my ETK snatch ladder work every week. My MS cluster has been squa...

Re: Kettlebell SE
Give this a try: Press x 1 (per arm/or double kb) Goblet Squat x 2 Swings x 3 Round 2 multiply everything by 2...so press x 2, goblet x 4, swings x 6 Round 3 multiply by 3....press x 3, goblet x 6, swings x 9 ...all the way up to 10. Round 10 would be press x 10, goblet x 20, swings x 30. If you st...

Re: Base building approach
If you want to train BJJ, train BJJ. Don't let base building stop you from training! If anything drop your BB sessions to 30 min only or on the days you train. Your Base building should help your BJJ, not delay or interfere with it. Ageless Athlete I think touches on this, but if you are doing 30 m...

Base building approach
Been a year since my last base building, coming off an Op I/A cycle with cooler weather, figured it would be a great time to start another base building cycle. Going with the standard SE approach. For the first five weeks on SE days I plan on using kettlebell/bodyweight movements(Pat Flynn), S&S...
