Saturday - 500 burpees, 1:29:22. Started just before 1am. Achieved one of my fitness goals I set for myself in 2021. This was a grind.

Re: Maximum Rippage ( Training log ) TB + Conditioning

For me vacations tend to be more SE/E sessions when I can fit them in. Most of the time I just use it as a deload week and have active fun like you described. That's the best thing to do in my opinion. I tried going on vacation once while sticking to my schedule and it just made it really inconvenie...

Re: Grouchyjarhead Training

Upcoming GORUCK Tough/Light weekend is a no go now, taking my oldest camping instead for Scouts (glad they're finally meeting again). So now I've set my sights on a 50K trail run in April. Well, it dumped snow on u...

Re: Maximum Rippage ( Training log ) TB + Conditioning

You're still doing what you can, that's the most important. There will never be a perfect plan you can adhere to every single day. Even if we can only get in 80% of the work, that's still 80% more than if we skipped the session waiting for a better day.

Re: The KIT SHOP

Already picked up a T-shirt but I should have grabbed a ballcap while I was at it.

Hoping to see some 2x3 morale patches on there with the TB symbol, perfect for a rucksack.
