Re: Calories Intake, Macros and TB progress
CRON-O-Meter is legit. I also use Fitocracy Macros app. Force of habit.. I'd probably die as grumpy old man on 50g of carbs :D On the other hand... I remember those days of cutting years and years ago.. That was painful experience but successful one.. Oh I am sure I was grumpy. Yes, cutting is hard...

Re: Calories Intake, Macros and TB progress
Just few thoughts from my personal experience. I tend to stay just above my maintenance on regular basis. Meaning easy calorie surplus. Mostly eyeballing food and some counting as well. Usually, it gives me good opportunity for recovery and I feel well. It does get changed at some point. I do stop ...

Re: So, I thing came up .. I´m about to be a father in three weeks
Congrats on the kid! I like Bark, did BB when my daughter was born (3 months ago.) Instead of doing a BW cluster I worked on my weaknesses, so swings, pull-ups, split-squats and sit-ups. My E was running, my HICs were just shadow boxing as I was tapering for a 10k. It worked well, but be prepared fo...

Re: Grouchyjarhead Training
12 week block of Fighter (using linear progression for now) + Black Pro starting this Monday. Set up in 3 week intervals. I want to get my MS and running up a bit while still keeping some ruck miles under my feet since I'm in my "off season" I guess you could call it. WEEKS 1 & 2. Mon...

Re: Fewer people posting?
I was thinking the same today while browsing. I have been doing a lot of things in different areas of my life and my online presence has definatly dwindled including updating my training logs. x2 for me. Most questions are answered pretty quickly and it's not like other forums with the bro science ...

Re: Programming question
Hi guys, I might be getting into 1 week of Medium-Hard hiking for about 5-8hrs/day. That means 1 week of E. I am thinking of the best way to incorporate it into the programming and I want to ask for your opinion. I am thinking of following options. Option#1 - Black OPI/A with moderate HICs, no E. -...
