I can definitely see why I struggled with a strict muscle up in the past. Any tips with regards to this? I am probably strong enough to do the movement for a single rep but I lack the control to do the transition. I have trained with kettlebells and barbells for years and thought I had the instabil...

It looks like you're describing SE rather than E. Correct me if I'm wrong, but essentially what you have in mind is something like this: 1. Max Strength + SE finisher 2. Max Strength + SE finisher off repeat (aka Zulu). If so I would tread carefully. SE causes muscular fatigue and DOMs which usually...

Congrats brother!!! I don't know if you realize this but you're only 55lbs away from the 1000 club... Can you tell us a little about your set-up.... how did you schedule your deadlifts? Did you find yourself taking mostly 1 or 2 days in between strength sessions? Also just curious what conditioning...
