Excellent review! I strongly recommend also posting this up on r/tacticalbarbell or r/fitness....there's an almost never-ending stream of questions being in relation to aesthetics, diet, fasting etc with TB. I imagine your post would be a very useful guide for a large number of readers.

Re: Programming Operator I/A Advice
Thanks a lot for your reply! I’ll keep a 3 week forced progression and when my lifts will be difficult, i will reset my training max and i use a lower weight progression! Your plan looks good, but I would recommend not forcing progression for the first 6 weeks. Especially if this is your first time...

Re: Programming Operator I/A Advice
hey man. welcome. i do a similar program to yours, but with less volume. Forcing progression by 2.5kg for the Training Maxes for the Chinup + Inclined will be ok, 5kg for the Front Squat should be ok too. You will stall out at some point then just reset the Training Maxes and use lower progressions...

Re: Base Building is amazing
I just finished my long E in week 2 of traditional base building, jogged for an hour. I had to run 40 seconds per mile faster than 2 weeks ago to keep the same HR! It's not like I was in crap shape. I played hockey 2-3 times a week for the last 7 months and was pretty reliable at Fighter. The HIC d...

Re: Movie/Netflix Recommendation Thread
I am watching Altered Carbon on the Netflix. Weird, brutal stuff. I am surprised how many sleazy Russian mobsters still exist in the virtual future :D A lot of blood and artificial combat going on there.. They are trying to squeeze some warrior philosophy into the mix as well. Weird, as I said befo...

Re: MCT Oil?
I've noticed a little extra energy, especially when taken in the morning on an empty stomach. It's a shorter-chain fat which means your body can access it for energy a little more quickly than regular fats. Useful if you're on keto, and if you're not, it's a decent way to meet your fat requirements ...
