Alpha circuits in Base building

Hi All,
I cant find the answer to tis in the books, it may be staring me straight in the face but i cant see it.
Im using Alpha circuits in a base block, do i do 3 rounds Monday, 2 rounds tuesday or is it 3 rounds both days?
