Bark, thanks for the heads up.

It was clear from the description that I am not part of the target demographic  but KB has provided so much value that I went ahead and bought it anyway. Not all that much I can apply directly, at least in terms of "programs" but the explanations of different topics in the book can be applied to any of the previous or current modalities. Plus it was an enjoyable read. His previous books were well written, but it seems like the writing was even better in this one. I also liked the "this is best practice" lines.

I am looking into ICAT which can be very suitable for elders
I am about to give it a try this summer with substituting LR for cycling and hiking. It is VERY versatile programming!
Cheers!

You're right, I/CAT looks like it can be appropriate, maybe with a little scaling.

Just going to put it out there I really enjoyed the book. Another great one to add to the TB library.

I have been leaning towards a OP/LSS template(paired with BJJ) for a long time now but lacked a way to progress without running two separate programs.
Green Protocol is just like the original TB books were for me. Green is similar to how I was training, but just simply better put together with more options to progress. Another awesome book from K.B

All right, your arm twisting worked. I just finished the first week of Zulu HT, so the course is started. Now I know it's 3 weeks away, but would be interested to hear which version of Op you guys are thinking of running, and your reasoning for picking that variation.
