Overuse injury on bench

Post by Nicaks »

Good evening,

I have been following TB for about a year now. I have been somewhat plateaued for bench nlfor about the past 8 months now. The work seems somewhat hard to recover from on Operator. The 80% week with 5s is especially rough on week 2, I believe.
Options:
Move to operator Primary/secondary from green Protocol.
Move to conjugate/upper lower training.

Any thoughts? Thank you all.

You don't really mention your injury as per post title, but I got injured doing flat bench. Shoulder got messed up, led to carpal tunnel for a few months.

I moved to chest press machine and all issues cleared up quickly.

Just started MASS this week, with floor press instead of bench, seems ok so far.
