Running after Muscular Endurance Workouts?

Information:
Age: 20
Sex: Male
Protocol: Base building
Bodyweight: 140-143 at 5'9 (Weight fluctuates)
Diet: Usually have no preference, although I do attempt to eat at least maintenance (2500 calories)

Firstly, if this question was already answered in the book then I apologize.

I am currently on the base building protocol and am enjoying it immensely however I have a question regarding whether I should run after my circuit training, like would that be alright for optimal recovery and my training goals? I already run in the mornings for thirty minutes, but I would like to add a run right after.

Basically my question is would my muscular endurance gains suffer if I do a run around thirty minutes almost directly after it, or would I be fine in the long run?
