Gc question

Hi to all
I have a question regarding gc5

A
Max Dips x 1 Min Rest 90 seconds
Max Push-ups x 1 Min Rest 90 seconds
x 3 Rounds

B
5 Pull-ups
10 Burpees x
3 Rounds

Can i change the burpee to another movement??
What movemement would you choose?

Why don't you want to do burpees?.... usually if you don't want to do something, then that's probably something you need to be doing!!

Why don't you want to do burpees?.... usually if you don't want to do something, then that's probably something you need to be doing!!

I never did burpees in my life...
I do not know how to do it,im afraid to do it wrong..

They are rather simple, squat down, plant your hands on the ground, kick your feet out, do a pushup, bring your feet back up to your hands (you can jump flat footed or on the balls of your feet) and jump.

I never did burpees in my life...
I do not know how to do it,im afraid to do it wrong..
It's just an exercise ffs. You're not going to die if you get them wrong. Watch a few videos and do them.

burpees are one of the best all-around exercises out there.

*as an aside, i dole it out to my kids as punishment. works really well.*
