Few notes
*My MS mini block is almost done. I might do one more session but I am not sure. Overall, it has been great experience and I might keep it as a routine after BB. Mini block with getting back into the lifting after all that running. Feels very good considering that I have used forced progression with squeezing all TB %% into 1-2 weeks.
**Getting into another week long travel in a couple of days. I will try to do 2-3 conditioning sessions while traveling. Mostly LSS since I will be in the rural/woody area. On the other hand I might just rest. There will be enough moving around and some non-specific activities..
***I might have one more unexpected travel in a moth or so. Can't really predict and/or schedule this one. Not sure how to train between these two travels. I might just start new block and see if I can complete it.. Or just do another mini block.. Will see.. Again, I can't really schedule anything at this point.
