Plank & Shank should be a big help here. Maybe even with a weight vest.

I didn't know military service was mandatory in Norway...interesting. Do you have some choice over what trade you get into, how do they place you?

Week 1 - Day 4
Max strength - Fighter 80%
Front Squat: 3 x 5 (70kg)
Overhead Press: 3 x 5 (45kg)
Weighted Pullup: 3 x 5 (88kg BW + 10kg)
Finished with some core work: plank pushups, hanging leg raises and ab rollouts.

Felt good. The reason I'm not doing any back extension work is because I'm greasing the groove and doing several sets throughout the day.

Week 1 - Day 5
Ruck Up - 15kg ruck
7,69km in 3 hours and 21 minutes
You probably wonder how the fuck it took me so long to ruck 7,69km... Well, the combination of steep fucking terrain, dense forest and snow up to my knees is NOT funny. The reason I'm not just rucking on the road is because my knees really don't like it.

Week 1 - Day 6
Fun Run
8,92km in 1 hour and 8 minutes
10 burpees or 20 squats and 20 pushups every 6 minutes
Easy pace, about 135 average BPM.

Chose to do a Fun Run instead of Fobbit, because, you know; running outside > running on a treadmill.
