Bench Press - 3x5 @ 140 (70%)
WPU - 3x5 @ BW

I've been forgetting to post. I did a 30 min e two days ago and a 40 min E run yesterday.

Finishing up week 1 of PPLE Block 2. It's an ass kicker and an extremely underrated book in the TB family. Today is my E day and will probably extend it out to 40-45 min

100m sprint w/1min rest x 5 @10sec pace
rest 3 min
100m sprint w/1min rest x 5 @10sec pace (lap 8&9 was at 12 sec)

How is PPLE going for you? Only TB book I don't own. Might have to pick it up just for the sake of it.

I did the Basebuilding portion of it and it's great. I did stray away though before the second part. I got a test coming up soon and I'm doing something a little more "sport" specific for that test. Once I finish I'll be back to my TB templates.
