Finished 12 weeks of Capacity (6 weeks more running, then 6 weeks standard) and decided to run Mass with Black Pro. Did the following today in an hour and left the gym feeling more energetic than when I arrived. And I'm in my late 40s now.
DLs, 345 4x5
F Squat, 185 4x8
OHP, 115, 5x8
BW PUs, 5x8
Triceps push downs, 4x10 for funnies
Capacity is the real deal.

The downside of doing the full round of Capacity is that you go 3 months between HICs. But I finished it--with the Beast too.
