About 2:35 per repeat, 3:00-3:30 rest times.

Did this on a route I marked out in front of my house.

Lunchtime lift. Felt good. These are also pretty good numbers for me, feel like this template is working out well.

LSS. Ran 5 miles on the dreadmill. 6.3 mph for most of it, forgot to get the time.

Pissed off by work, ran at lunchtime to calm down a little. Felt better.
