Mass 4.2
Lunch Hour Lift

WPU (BW) 6 reps x 4 sets
OHP (120lbs) 6x4
Squats (225lbs) 6x4

I can't get over how fast these workouts are. The lifting workouts have only been taking about 25 minutes.

Felt good.

Ran 3 miles on the dreadmill, 27:20.

I'm on the road for work this week, drove all day, ate a bunch of fast food crap.

I'm considering just getting my ass on the hotel treadmill tonight a victory.

Did a workout from Matt "Wiggy" Wiggins of Working Class Fitness:

6x R/L dumbbell clean and press, rest 45 sec. 8x rounds. Started with 50lbs, dropped to 40lbs, ended up using 45lbs for the majority of the rounds. It seemed like a decent compromise for a hotel workout.

10 DB snatches (5 L/R, 45lbs), 10 burpees, 1 min rest, 5x rounds.

I may start using this as a finisher when I get back to the batcave.

Ran 3 miles, 27:36.

I have some running goals I want to get after, so my conditioning is going to be focused primarily on that for the foreseeable future.
