Block#10, OWT(4) OP
(2~3-10% addition to the Block#9 TM)
Week#2, Monday (80%)

Rest day.

Notes
*No sleep last night due to some family stuff that will keep me moving through a day as well. Hopefully, will keep tomorrow training as it is planned.
**I didn't expect missing conditioning that much. Overall, I feel that OWT is very well structured by balancing blocks load wise. It makes complete sense to cut conditioning down with the final block. But I am craving taste of OP I/A with running outside and lifting sub-maxes. I've got spoiled with TB. Looking forward to getting back to the classic templates..

The jump rope circuit looks terrible, and I have terrible coordination.

Since it's snowing where I live today I am going to do indoor power intervals.

It’s snowing here too, mate. Starting.

I love jumping rope drills. I got to love it in my youth in the boxing joint.

Unfortunately, my place has low ceiling.. my jumping rope gets used a lot by my wife who is shorty:)
