TB OP 1b Block
Week#7, Thursday

MEII, 10 rounds

KB Swings, 55x10
Burpees, BWx10

RI:
- 1min for 1-7 rounds
- 75sec for 7-10 rounds

It took me 7 weeks to get from 5 to 10 rounds. Gotta work on RI now
Nice session. I did this a couple times this summer. I completely underestimated how much the burpees would take out of me. I think I managed 7 rounds, but if anyone had seen my burpees by the end they'd probably have called 911.

Nice work getting to 10 rounds! Must feel pretty good to see that hard work pay off.

Thanks mate! You see.. 911 wouldn't do anything. You need something more tactical :D

Liking the core and KB finishers you are tagging onto the end of your sessions - nice one
