Barkadion TB Logs

Post by Barkadion »

Running my very first Black OP.
I am running SQ/BP/WPU with 2HIC/week and 1E every other week.

Just finished 4th week. Will be posting my logs here.
I am 46 y.o. and TB is my way of getting back to the serious training after recovery from lifting related injury.
Happy to be on this forum. My first log will be posted here on Monday.

Good man...... the 2 min Hard / 4 Min Rest x 5 is a particular favourite of mine..... on the AD6 or on a Concept 2 Rower..... in fact we have had this protocol, using the AD6, as a challenge at The Training Centre for the month of August..... I am not very popular

They affectionaltely named the Airdyne the 'Hell-bitch'.......
Have a great one

Yeah! I have old AD6. You know.. sometimes.. I want to break it down to pieces :D :D

What I really love about the apparatus is the fact is that harder you push -> better you recover from the lifting. Amazing!

I strongly recommend that. It has a fan instead of front wheel. So, you are pushing against the resistance you create. Quite a torture.

I run from a home gym so once if those is a bit out of my budget just now. I do love the concept 2 rowers whenever I get chance to use one
