Fobbit Intervals

2 mins jump rope

20 KB Swings 32kg (alternated single arm and double each round)

2 mins jump rope

10 KB Snatches 20kg (5 per side)

25 mins total

4 full rounds completed

Note: could easily be more conservative with the swing weight, but 32kg felt good today, first time doing fobbit, I only had 3 full rounds done at around the 20 minute mark and had wanted to complete 4, so I adjusted for 25 mins.

Note: First time for this session. KB snatches improving on the way down, just need to actively pull the elbow down slightly more and that should have things going even better, otherwise, everything felt great. Wanted to run outdoors, due to obvious reasons, better to keep things indoors. Good Sunday afternoon.
