Note: SE done, push ups, both sets unbroken, everything else was the same with the exception of the sit-ups lol, am a bit stiff post skating yesterday, I may re jog things next bb from a recovery standpoint, just to be sure to not over do it, ah it would be nice to be in my 20s again haha.
