Note: carry was actually about 11.30 as I did this at work lol, I misjudged my turnaround point on the carry. Using a GHR attachment in place of my DIY setup at home. TBDL felt good. WD felt pretty good as well. Not a bad session at all.

Note: definitely noticed a difference in the last two rounds with the shorter rest period (usually do 4 or 5mins), this being said, I was only just off of 40 Cals in the last two rounds. Pretty happy with that.
