Note: decided to start bb. My legs hadn’t been recovering as well lately, which is usually a good tell tale sign to get a bb block in. I knew it was getting close. Maybe I’ll start running two bb blocks a year.
This session felt very refreshing.

Note: knees were a little sore after yesterday, but they seem to be easing compared to where they were a week ago, I might do another ride for the third LSS this week just to be sure and not push things too much.
