Sat Mar 13 - Sun 21.

Lapland Camp

Hard work, assisting my friend w. maintenance at gold mining area, some prep works for the summer. 40km/25mi to nearest village, no internet, no phone, just some solar power for the lights and radio in the cabin. True works in true conditions, must say. 1m/3ft snow.

From training perspective, I did everything: lift, carry, throw, hold, you name it. Daily activities 10-12 h pd, longest day 17 hrs.

For an office worker like me, it was a good "workout". I feel like taking some days off, perhaps getting back to normal training by end of this week.

For the record, travelled 1000km/625mi back and forth by car - in addititon of above...

Slowly getting back to training. Last week camp was exhausting, didn't feel like training until today (3 days full rest).

Easy mobility
- hang from the bar 30" + goblet squats, sitting in the bottom *3
- sn complex: sn grip RDL + hang sn + press behind neck + ohs 5+5+5+5*3

Physical work, firewood cutting, splitting and carrying 5h. Manual tools only, no chainsaw etc, just "for fun" and conditioning.
