1.8mi in 25:29. Started with a warm-up walk at 3mph for 5 minutes, then went to ~4.5mph for the rest of the time. Hear rate was a bit high (~170ish bpm), but w/e. Good run overall. Worked up a sweat.

You were smart to be conservative in how you tested. But because you were so conservative, you did more work than normal, which made your e1RMs lower than they really are. That's OK, just figure that after you have run a block of Operator (?), you set aside a week for testing and you should see a pretty good jump in your top set.
