2.03 mi in 35:00. Overall, went well. I had slept poorly the night before, but it felt easy, and I even went 5 minutes more than the bare minimum. Feeling kind of good about this one.

Chinups: 12x1

Well, I can only do one, so I decided to try this program https://www.artofmanliness.com/health-f ... s-routine/ . I don't know if the source is any good, but hopefully it at least gets me to 3 reps, and then I can try the Russian fighter program if I'm not getting good results.

Squat: 3x5, 85lb

OHP: 3x5, 65lb

Everything went OK. The chinups were a challenge (had to rest more than 45 seconds between some sets), but I managed.

1.8mi in 24:35. Went well, felt good. Seems like I'm getting a bit faster compared to the last two HIC runs, so that's nice.

Day 102:

Max Strength

Chinups: 12x1

Squat: 3x5, 90lb

OHP: 3x5, 70lb

Went fine. A nice, quick workout. The chins felt just a bit easier than last time, like RPE 8 instead of 9.5 (at least for the first set). Maybe next time I'll try doing multiples for as many sets, and then singles to get up to 12 total.

Squat: 3x5, 100lb

OHP: 3x5, 75lb

Went fine. Knee popped a bit during the first set of squats. Not painful or anything (kind of cracking knuckles, but for the knee), but maybe a sign I should warm up a bit.

Weight was heavy, but went well overall. Pleasantly surprised at how my chinups have increased so far.
