Managed to grind out 5 chinups in the first set, but then my arms just didn't have it in them to go for more than 2 at a time. Maybe I need to rest longer between sets?

Run: 1.91mi in 25:02

Arms still sore and couldn't do that many chinups at once, so I added more sets to get some volume in. Running felt good. Was going to stop at 1.8mi, but decided to go a bit longer because I was kind of enjoying myself (never thought I'd say that about running!).

Arms felt fine all day, but when I started on the chinups the soreness came out, and I couldn't do that many chinups. So I guess they're still not fully recovered.

Kind of a "meh" workout. Feel like I just wasn't fully recovered.

Chinups went well. Felt like I even had a rep in the tank for most sets. The squat and OHP felt pretty heavy, but I manged.

Chinups were a bit of a struggle (arms still felt sore from yesterday). Run went fine.

Went fine.

Day 128:

Endurance

Chinups: 5,5,4,3,2

1.77mi in 30:00

Last chinup in each set was a grind, but I managed. I am kind of impressed with how I can "just" do a chinup without having to psych myself up or wonder if I will make it. On a good day, I can even crank out 2 or 3 without issue.

Everything went well. Still kind of shocked by how many chinups I can do now.
