Day 133:

First workout after my surgery. Doctor told me to "ease into it", so I figure I'll start light an LP up, then base my training max on where I end up when the LP stalls.

Bent-over row: 3x5, 25lb

Squat: 3x5, 25lb

OHP: 3x5, 25lb

Very easy.

Squat: 3x5, 35lb

OHP: 3x5, 35lb

Felt a twinge at the surgical site, so looks like I'll have to back off some more. Bummer.

Everything felt fine, so that's good. Also did some light cardio the other day, but nothing to write home about.
