Goodbye BCAA

Post by Barkadion »

I am officially off the beast.

I have been using BCAA for the early morning fasted training for years. And i mean starting at 4:30AM-5AM on the regular basis. I have been finding myself in gloomy mood lately almost constantly. Not enjoying being grumpy at all..

Did some readings and thinking. I even re-read TB3 part related to the BCAA and found the KB softly speaks almost against it. Dopamine, serotonin and all that jazz.

I am still training early mornings. Taking 1 scoop of protein isolate powder instead of BCAA now. Seems to be working great so far.

Just sharing...
