Bulletproof supplements/nootropics guide

Post by Tyr0331 »

Although I don't follow this religiously, I do follow most of Dave Asprey's advice when it comes to supplementation. I've been following this protocol for a few years. Can get old at times taking 8-10 pills a day, but I've felt pretty good since I got away from a multi vitamin and started taking certain vitamins individually. I don't follow any kind of nootropics protocol but he just has it in there

Thanks, I've been looking for something like this for a while. Are these Asprey's recommendations? Which ones do you personally take?

This is just his personal notes he took for his own regimen. He put them out for everyone to see what he takes. It's a few years down and just looking at it yesterday looks like he updated it saying he cut down on a lot of the stuff he was taking. Personally I take

Morning:5000IU VIT D, 1G fish oil, 200mg magnesium glycinate, B Vit complex(off and on)

Night:1G fish oil, 20mg zinc, 200mg mag glycinate
