Runner's Belly

Post by SPACE_CORPS_NOW »

According to the article I made one mistake: high fiber foods. The thing is I do that every day, not sure why today was different. Does anyone have any other tips for runner's belly? I've had issues with it here and there and I can't find a pattern. I ran 7.5 miles earlier this week without issue, but today I did a (fast) 3 mile and I've been to the toilet 4 times already...

Are you taking any pre-workouts or stims, including caffeine? That can have an impact depending on dose and ingredients.

I use Amino Energy to get caffeine and some aminos since I always work out first thing. It usually doesn't cause me any problems. It seems to only happen when I push myself harder than normal.
