BF calculator for lifters

Another online toy posted on reddit. Calculating BF based on your lifts. It gave me good number...

Nice game, but I was leaner by 4% with it. :mrgreen:

Was very surprised by how close this was to Navy method estimate! 15% pretty much for me.
It ain't what you don’t know that gets you into trouble.
It's what you know for sure that just ain’t so.
