Deadlift 225 x 3reps (Approx 70% 1rm)
7 rounds (21 total deadsO) 1.35 miles
immediately followed by
Plank and Shank 1 min and Cannonball Pullups (3,2,2,2,1reps no rest intervals)

Swim probably went outside of heart range

20 Minutes x 8 rounds 1.6 miles
