How are you liking romwod? I've done it once or twice but didn't give it much thought..Kinda seemed like a crossfit approach to stretching and wasn't structured. I’m on week 5 of B.B. I’ve been using goblet sq/ push-up/ sit-up se cluster TB style followed by simple and sinister (5-10x10 kb swings & 5x1 Turkish getups) and pavels pull up program. It’s worked well for me. I think the tgu’s really helped my shoulders.

I am currently on my 4th week of fighter template to prepare for a law enforcement pft. On my max strength days the weights feel heavier and more difficult than they used to when I ran operator. Could be a variety of factors. Are you eating and recovering enough? Thanks for the reply. I think my eating is well. 3 protein shakes a day one with creatine after workouts plus protein at every meal with a source of carbs. I usually eat some sort of carb before I run.
