Re: Shasta's Marine Corps OCS Training Log
I don't feel like the Single arm floor presses are doing it for me so I'll probably switch it for Back Extensions. I suspect that at some point in the future you will need to do pushups, so I would have some kind of pressing in the cluster. Maybe pushups, or do overhead presses with the KB. I will ...

Re: Shasta's Marine Corps OCS Training Log
You should probably add some rows with the KB to your cluster. Also I think you can use a heavier KB. As for your shins and calves, you should probably strengthen those muscles before doing much running. To start do calf raises on a flat surface - up with both calves, then down with just the left. D...

Re: Diary of a Desk Jockey
I've never tested maxes before, so I thought this would be as good a time as any. OHP e1RM: 93 Squat e1RM: 120 You were smart to be conservative in how you tested. But because you were so conservative, you did more work than normal, which made your e1RMs lower than they really are. That's OK, just ...

Re: Shasta's Marine Corps OCS Training Log
Welcome! If you are getting 3 chinups with "minimal fitness experience" you probably have good strength potential. Your run time will improve greatly. Good luck!

Re: After 40 club
Thoughts and opinions of the pros and con's of having two different squat movements per cluster would be appreciated One of the central ideas behind TB programs is the higher frequency, and Zulu is already at the minimum. So this would kind of negate the benefits. I have simply changed squat variat...

Re: Obese 32m here: do I wait on TB or begin with it
Whether starting with SS or Base Building is better depends on how much lifting you have been doing, how strong you are. The closer you are to being a beginner, the better SS will be for helping you gain strength faster. But the most important thing is consistency and doing the other stuff that help...

This suggests maybe a form problem. Where does the bar touch your chest? How wide is your grip?rawatpranjal007 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 01, 2022 6:34 pm I am frustrated with my bench - stagnated at 135, drops down easily, and is always tough on shoulders and wrists. Considering swapping with weighted dips or reducing the load. Any advice on the bench?

Re: Operator with more volume
Ok I got your points and it makes sense to me. But I am not sure if I have understood the following quote correctly. If it were me, I'd run that out until it got really hard before switching to Operator. Is your advice I should run my program till it gets really hard and than switch to operator or ...
