Re: Scattered schedule approach and programming
I had a client with similar problem movie business. Here is what worked for him - he did program, just more focused on some things push ups and jumps and shadowboxing/heavy bag. When he was unable to do training, he walked or cycled as often as he could. Important is not to eat junk or drink alcohol...

Re: It's okay to add 1-2 boxing classes while on BB?
I have a same dilemma. I can go 2/3x a week on MA, and I am 3rd week BB.
Although, I was injured, so it's a bit different.
Before, when I did it, I wen to MA classes 3x a week, and on those days just do E training.
I would consider boxing more SE and HIIC than E.
Do you agree?

Re: Conditioning after broken humerus bone
Here is a current update, if someone want to give opinion/advice. I am 30 this June, male, training goal is to be rounded as before (martial arts, mountain climbing, tango dancing and running 5-10km). I am at BB now and here are numbers: I can lift over-head press 2x15kg no problems, also with deadl...

Re: Conditioning after broken humerus bone
Thank you, friend. You got it there - mind is even more "damaged". Seeing for the first time 3kg barbell comparing to old 15kg - I wanted to jump out of window, hahaha. This is great plan. I will use it for sure. Did you repeat the 1st step for some time, then advanced to 2nd or did you al...

Re: Swimming and Underwater breath work
I can share my cup of tea, if it can help. What I did was not in pool, but in different water bodies, I was more focused on diving and water combat, not much on swimming. This was couple of days per week routine: I would meditate 2x, morning, evening, but not some fancy thing, it was basic zen medit...

Conditioning after broken humerus bone
Greetings to all guys here, I was out of the picture for some time. I broke humerus bone last year in January and recovered fully. I have titanium bolts and nail in humerus now. However, now is the time to re-build my condition and strength. Does anyone have experience with similar/same injury? I co...

Re: Questions about SE and some certificates
Hey, crew, did any of you got an idea about what kind of certificate can I get to be a trainer in this type of training as we discuss on forum?
I am primarily looking certificates in Europe.

Re: Questions about SE and some certificates
Thanks for advice. Thing is, this is not my first time, I trained before, but I want to go through base building, since I got some weight (10kg in last 2 years) and I have a little disproportion: my push-ups are still strong (at least I think, going towards one-arm full, can do a lot of explosive ty...

Re: Any martial arts practitioners here?
Yep, there seems to be a bunch here. I'm around 10 years in martial arts, first aikido, then wing-chun, then mixed wherever I could afford to (money is also an issue at my town). Add some ninjutsu, muay thai and here we go. I am doing martial arts and self-defense, not martial sports, just not my ty...

Questions about SE and some certificates
Hello everyone, How are you these days? I have couple of questions: 1. I noticed a high difference in 1st days on some weeks (ex. week 4 SE 1x50, week 5 3x50). If I do push-ups this is too much. Should I do 50 of lighter version (now I can do 35-40 regulars, last 10 easier version) or just do maximu...
