BLOCK 1 - WEEK 8 - BASEBUILD Last week of basebuilding. Disappointed about not being able to run for the past 2 weeks. I think I may have to continue to use non-running/sprinting HIC's and E transitioning to continuation as I can tell my right shin is still not healed. Definitely felt it a few days...
