Re: Movie/Netflix Recommendation Thread
Currently watching The Frankenstein Chronicles on Netflix. Can't say if I recommend it just yet...started out strong but as of season 2 it's taken a sharp turn, not necessarily for the better.

Re: Muscle imbalance
Have you considered running a block or two of Operator with unilaterals? One arm dumbbell bench press, one arm pull-downs or rows, like that? Should straighten things out if there's a significant imbalance, otherwise it's probably nothing to worry about. One arm DB Bench is a fantastic exercise for ...

Run from what's comfortable. Forget safety. Live where you fear to live. Destroy your reputation. Be notorious. I have tried prudent planning long enough. From now on I'll be mad.

Re: Choice paralysis and how to deal with it.
i can't see the image for some reason... you can do the ol' coin trick. flip a coin, heads = choice 1, tails = choice 2, and very often you will hope for a certain outcome while the coin is in the air. that's your true preference. otherwise, it's helpful to realize that very often things aren't set...

Re: Reading List
I'm about 3/4 of the way through the "Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand. Other than some draggy passages and sometimes odd writing I'm not sure what the controversy is around Rand and this book. Maybe someone more knowledgeable than me can shed some light on this....would be very curious to hear ...

Re: 2x-a-days during BB
Wanderer, Base Building does not = selection preparation. Base Building is a preparatory phase for your Continuation protocol. Base Building is TB's warm-up, not an end in and of itself. Continuation is the real program. In your case Green protocol. You certainly can do 5-6 E per week during Base. T...

Re: What's next for TB?
If you're asking what's next in the series, I could see KB taking 5-7 years after the publication of TB2 to research other conditioning sessions and then publish a short book with additional conditioning options. I seriously hope you're wrong! I don't think I can wait 5-7 years for another TB book!

Re: What's next for TB?
Interesting.... TB reminds me of Rosstraining in that regard. Very popular with the community he wrote for (boxers, mixed martial artists) but relatively unknown by the general population. Back in the day I had much better results with Ross than the other more "popular" programs. Ironicall...
